I support the development and learning levels of individual children with different teaching strategies and instructional methods I apply factors of cultural, linguistic, social-economic, and family diversity that influence the development and learning of my students I create an atmosphere that fosters positive self-esteem by providing the students with Acceptance, help, time, trust, respect, love and praise and encouragement – by giving positive feedback to students accomplishment I can communicate a genuine interest in their well being and be aware of their personal issues |
